This page allows you to request the deletion of your ChargeX Driver account and all associated personal data. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have full control over your information.
How to Request Account Deletion
Follow these steps to request deletion of your account:
- Step 1: Send an email to services@chargexindia.com
- Step 2: Include your registered phone number in the email body
- Step 3: Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request"
What Gets Deleted
Upon processing your request, the following data will be permanently deleted:
- Account information (name, phone number, email address)
- Wallet balance and payment history
- Charging session history
- Vehicle information
Data Retention
Your account and personal data will be deleted within 30 days of receiving your request. However, some transaction records may be retained as required for legal and tax compliance purposes under applicable Indian law.
